SAP Hybris Commerce Business Analyst

Job Description

The Business Analyst will be a pivotal member of the CXPORTAL services team, responsible for leading the design, development and implementation of intelligent ecommerce solutions for end clients. As a core part of the Delivery team, the Business Analyst will work in partnership with CXPORTAL engineering team to ensure that requirements are aligned to customer needs.
We are looking to speak to Business Analysts who have the ability to listen to a customer, question intelligently and articulately feedback the requirements to Dev teams. As Business Analyst in a smaller environment you will get the opportunity to put different hats on, and expand on your current horizons, whilst continuing to develop and challenge your Business Analyst skill set.

Technical Skills

• Be a Process Guru love everything about working with flexible processes, set to get the best out of your team and the wider business to create a well-oiled product team.
• Put Function First change, adapt or if needed completely recreate the documenting process to streamline the for-user stories.
• Be adaptable progression to agile is the aim of the game and they are mostly there; your agile skills will be valued and your eye to see what works for this team.
• Have great understanding of the entire process, from gathering requirements, building wire frames, working with the development team and through to deployment.
• Love Learning, keen to continually develop and explore with external training as well as internal.
• You will be part of a large digital business, leading the UK and European market.

The ideal candidate for this role will have the following skill set:

• A technical background, ideally having worked as a Developer or have a Computer Science degree and have since transitioned into a BA/PM role.
• A proven track record in delivering on Order Management Systems (ideally within ecommerce and supply chain).
• Strong Agile-driven delivery experience and experience designing or implementing heavy weight ecommerce Platform such as SAP Hybris
• A knowledge of UI, UX principles and design would be a distinct advantage
• Performing requirements gathering/analysis as well as taking the lead on process design.
• Working with stakeholders to suggest how to deliver what they are looking for from a business, technical and design viewpoint.
• Collaborate with both offshore and onshore teams for example SME’s and developers to drive the build out of systems that are powered by data analytics.

Additional Skills:

• Experience in delivery projects using Agile and hybrid best practice methodologies
• Good communication skills to explain complex technical problems in a simple manner
• Good problem-solving skills, Attention to details and Collaboration (Teamwork) with other colleagues is relevant for this role
